Grown on the only coffee plantation on Oahu Hawaii above Oahu’s famous North Shore in rich volcanic soil that was formerly the sugar cane lands of Waialua. Waialua Coffee has it’s own character separate from all other Hawaiian Coffees. This medium roasted Hawaiian Coffee is a variety of the dominate Guatemalan Coffee, the tropical weather and growing conditions of the island contribute to character of this rare unique coffee!
We personally visited the Waialua Plantation last Oct 2009 and toured the facilities and crops ourselves to insure we were bringing in a top notch Hawaiian winner!

Offering tea upgrades gives fine dinning establishments a chance to add a little adventure and excitement to the overall experience.
